Our primary concern is to ensure that you are happy with your new piece of art and we will, therefore, strive to ensure your satisfaction.
If you receive a product that has been damaged prior to you taking possession (e.g. scratches, dents, fracture, water damage, or damage related to a physical defect in materials), please contact us by email within the 14 days of receiving the piece with a brief description and photo(s) of the damage. Such items may be eligible for a refund of the purchase price less any shipping and taxes, or replacement with an identical piece.
If you are dissatisfied with your art for another reason, please contact us immediately by email, so that we may discuss the specifics and potential options available to ensure your satisfaction. Products you may wish to return for reasons other than damage prior to receipt or material defect may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward another item.
Please note that we cannot accept any liability for damage sustained or losses incurred once an item has been shipped and delivered to you including, but not limited to theft, impact, scratches, or damage resulting from the cleaning of your artwork using an unapproved method.
